The "QSFP-DD 400G" is a direct attach copper cable that uses a 30AWG cable and allows for customization of wire gauge. Designed for high-density applications in data centers, networking, and HPC, it provides eight channels for high-speed data transmission with a maximum of 28Gbps NRZ or 56Gbps PAM-4 for 200G and 400G Ethernet, and is backward compatible.
